The Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) is an international organization focused on developing professionals in their industry! The SPE Leadership is dedicated to delivering learning experiences, events, networking opportunities, and more to their 22,000+ membership. With that in mind, the SPE Leadership was ready for an innovative and industry-changing leadership program to offer its members. They sought an external, trusted partner with direct industry experience, proven leadership programs, and a strong understanding of DEI.
SKIDMORE CONSULTING SOLUTION
Skidmore Consulting regularly offers our proprietary leadership programs and business training for clients. But, sometimes our clients want custom programs by our Leadership Doctors – which is the case with SPE! Using our proven process, we created the curriculum and online factiation of a 6 month leadership program for early-to-mid career plastics professionals. Our client received a specialized consultation with a Leadership Doctor, the client board completed in-depth diagnostics through our online qualitative and quantitative assessments, and their special committee participated in collaborative focus groups. Dr. Sarah loved leading the development of the SPE Certificate in Leadership working alongside our clients and the Skidmore Consulting Leadership Network to deliver an unparalleled leadership program.
